Rates are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

A valid driver's license and passport are required.

Our basic coverage RISK ACCEPTANCE, (Liability) is mandatory.

Credit Cards Visa, Amex, Master Card, Discovery and Dinners Club accepted.
Debit cards from local banks not acepted.

The minimum rental term is 2 days.

The minimum age for rentals is 21 years old. (For nationals minimum is 23 and the driver must have at least 3 years of experience as a driver)

The Security Deposit ranges from US$500 to US$2.500, depending on the selected coverage and the car type.

Cash deposits are not accepted.

Rates include unlimited mileage.

Rentals are restricted to Costa Rica, vehicles may not be driven outside of the country.

If you need the car to be delivered or picked up outside our offices, a drop off fee may apply.

Vehicles and SUV 4WD are not to be driven through rivers, creeks, beach or ponds; by doing so, all coverage will be voided and customer becomes fully responsible for all damages incur to the vehicle.

If San José, Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) is your pick-up location, a 13% airport fee applies.

If Liberia, Daniel Oduber Quirós (LIR) is your pick-up location, a 14% airport fee applies.

There is a license plate fee of US$1.50 per day that applies to all rentals.

Our cancellation policy is US$50.00 if you do not show up for your reservation, or if you do not cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up date.
